1.What is Sql? Define it?

SQL stands for Structured Query Language. SQL is a programming Language designed specially for managing data in RDBMS (Relational Database Management System).

2.Explain RDBMS?

A Relational Database Management System is the most widely used database Management System based on the Relational Database model. Logical data models include

  • Hierarchical database model
  • Network model
  • Relational model
  • Entity–relationship model
  • Object model
  • Document model
  • Entity–attribute–value model
  • Star schema

We can store data in tables and tables has rows and columns for saving data. We can relate table by relation ships. And all the activities are allowed through SQL.

3.What is Data Warehousing and Data Mining?

Data Warehousing(DW or DWH) or or an enterprise data warehouse (EDW) is a system used for data reporting and data analysis.It is the idea of collecting data from one or more disparate source and integrate them for creating a central repository of data.Which is used mainly for creating reports( annual,half yearly) and analysis for better performance. In short we can say that A Data Warehousing generally refereed as Enterprise Data Warehousing is a central Data repository, created using different Data Sources.
The overall goal of the data mining process is to extract information from a data set and transform it into an understandable structure for further use.
